Installing

Download the razmutant.zip file from http://code.google.com/p/razpub/downloads/list - take the latest version.

Unzip into C:\\Video\razmutant. IF you end up with razmutant/razmutant, move everything one level up so that the main file will be c:\Video\razmutant\mutant.cmd

Then follow the instructions from the README.txt, to reconfigure the agent network and the media plugin.
